IBC transfer dym problem or out

Good morning,

There are problems with the IBC on cosmos.
I still have not received my DYM which were on the DYM keplr blockchain on my osmosis since yesterday and yet my transactions are ok! Is there a ticket service on Discord?
Now I have 0 DYM on keplr in the DYM blockchain and 0 tokens on osmosis! Where are my tokens?

I don’t understand why there are two different wallets for DYM but maybe it sent it to the other wallet? My DYM is stuck on osmosis and i can’t transfer it over
